It seems that the Asian financial crisis of the 1997 that rocked the whole of the South East Asian nations, is a long way away. BBK new flashy shopping centres to rival any other place with the latest and the greatest while the street markets serve only the fresh (often barely alive, not very plesent!)

A juzgar por lo que nos rodea, cualquiera diria que hace una eternidad desde la crisis financiera que en 1997 sacudio el sudesteasiatico. Bangkok esta llena de ultramodernos centros comerciales que harian avergonzarse a mas de una capital europea, con lo mejor, lo maslujoso y mas avanzado en tiendas que uno pueda imaginar. Todo estojunto a mercadillos callejeros con los productos mas frescos (oincluso vivos, no muy agradable, la verdad!)
